Today is the Day of Salvation

2 Corinthians 6:2 “For He says, at an acceptable time I have listened to you,

and on a day of salvation I have helped you. See, now is the acceptable time;

See, now is the day of salvation!” (nrsv)

How do I get saved? How do I become a Christian?

First: We must realize that we all have sinned and are short of the glory of God:

Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; “

Second: We must realize that there is a penalty for that sin and that God

has provided a way for us to escape it.

Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death (literally, eternal separation from God)

but the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord”

Third: We must confess that Jesus Is Lord

Romans 10:9-10 states: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt

believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;

and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Believe on Jesus as your personal savior today! Accept Him as Lord of your life and

begin living the abundant life for which Christ paid for you on the cross!

He died and rose again so that you and I could have everlasting life and that more abundantly!

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

John 3:16-17 says: “ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God

sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world

through him might be saved.”

Ask Jesus Now to come into your heart and be the Lord of your life, confess your sins to Him and accept Jesus as your personal savior, accept His gift of eternal life, then you will KNOW that your name is written in the Book of Life!
